The company ZAPA beton SK, s.r.o. provides appropriate reporting channels for anyone who is aware of illegal conduct, violations of laws or the Code of Ethics by employees of ZAPA beton SK, s.r.o., which ensure the protection of the reporting person. This also applies to violations of human rights and environmental risks caused by the company's economic activity in its business area or a direct supplier of ZAPA beton SK, s.r.o.

We recommend that you include your name and contact information in the notification, so that the relevant person can inform you about the results of the assessment of your notification and, where appropriate, about the measures taken.

The protection of the whistleblower is important to us – we do not tolerate any retaliatory measures due to complaints or reports. The identity of the whistleblower is protected by law No. 54/2019 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers.

In accordance with Act No. 54/2019 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, notifications can also be submitted through the external notification system established by the Whistleblower Protection Office.
